If you talked with one of our sales representatives about your order, please include their name in your message.

Attached files must be compatible with Windows 98 or XP. We use Corel Draw, version 9. We can not open a Mac disk at this time. Mac users can save their files so they are compatible with IBM format.

Please include your name and phone number and fax (918-708-6976) us a copy of your e-mailed art with the date you sent the e-mail and mark "Attention Art Department". Include all linked graphics in a separate file and change your type to curves or outlines.

File Format we prefer:

IBM compatible files created in Corel Draw 8 (vector art). We can open IBM compatible files: .tif, .eps or .cdr or any of the native file formats of programs listed below.

Remember all artwork is to be provided in Black & White Only!

We can ONLY take files from MS Word!! No other word processors like Word Perfect etc. Please Allow 3-4 days extra for us to mail you MS Word files to the factory. In Rush cases, we will forward your MS Word or MS Publisher file on to the factory and they may open it with another program which may cause your file to lose some of it's detail .We can use any clip art from MicroSoft's Design Gallery as long as it is Black & White.

Always:

Fax a print out of the file's you have sent by e-mail or disk 918-708-6976
This is very important to make sure what is printed is what was intended.

Camera Ready Art (CRA) is simply a black on white print for each color used and whatever fills the factory requirements. We prefer a vector image created in Corel Draw. You must use spot colors instead of CMYK. Any percentages of a color or shades of black (halftones) must have a fill with a postscript line screens. If we put in the line screen there will be an art charge. We will notify you of necessary charges before we proceed with your order. Change your type to outlines or curves. Do Not Send Files with Multiple Pages.

What colors we print in? We can print in any array of colors you choose based on the Pantone color chart > see chart < Please specify your pantone color when ordering. Some Pantone may require and PMS charge.

Art Files on Disk:

All disk will be forwarded on to the factory unless otherwise stated that other art work is needed. We accept files that are compatible with Corel Draw * on Windows 95 on a IBM formatted 3.5 or Zip disk. Please see camera ready information above.

Compression:

We have Zip-it and PK Unzip; those are the only compression files we can open. Unless your file is very large, please send it without compression.

Infected Disk or Email:

Please scan any media you send us with a Anti-Virus utility. If we receive either email or disk with any virus on it, we will charge you for the cost incurred to remove it. Cost can be very high if the factory has to re-program their computers in order to remove the infected virus
